The Power Of Xiaomi and it’s beautiful ecosystem
The ecosystem of Xiaomi is just incredible. People come into their ecosystem just for buying Value For Money stuff and in return they get a great ecosystem of products from Xiaomi which they can’t get past and they keep on buying this company’s stuff whether it’s Mi’s great Phones, Action Cams, Fitness trackers or other accessories like Chargers, power Banks etc.
When
a consumer enters it’s ecosystem, it’s just for high quality
products at inexpensive rates and later that consumer finds out that
this is not just a company it’s a big friendly community where
anyone can take part, have discussions and this community is growing
day by day.
Xiaomi
have Mi fans which wait in line for the first experience of their
phones outside a Mi stores just like Apple fans for the first launch
of iPhones.
Mi
Community, Mi Forum, Mi Store, Feedback are apps installed on any Mi
Phone from which a user can interact with other people using same
stuff or talk about new product launches and make new friends. That’s
wonderful and that’s the reason people love Xiaomi.
Along
with that their is Mi Home (Mi physical Stores) in every country
where Xiaomi is present which provides excellent value to the
customer.
I
am a user of Xiaomi since 2014 and I noticed once you are in Mi
Ecosystem or MIUI you are just glued to their experience

This
company not only handles new and beautiful phones but manufactures
all kinds of stuff including Smart Shoes, Howerboards, Led Lamps,
Pens(Can you imagine physical simple Pens from a tech Company),
Action Cams, Clothes (Another unique moment for you) and Smart Air
purifiers, Mi Remote and many other stuff that just seamlessly works
with their phones.
You
think of great tech companies and you shoot towards Apple but their
are companies out their that are just awesome and much better than
Apple in terms of user experience and communication with their core
consumers.
Lenovo
also makes great phones and stuff but nobody buys their stuff, rarely
a few. I will talk about Lenovo some other day. It’s not just the
product that matters it’s the value you provide to the people
around you and Xiaomi deeply knows how to do that.
At
last, I want to say that companies who are really in the field to
provide the best value to the customers and in taking feedback and
improving upon that. I am not a Xiaomi fan, maybe I am..but I know
the value of relationships and when a company really provides that
people just love that and they want to be a part of that.
That’s
why Xiaomi is so successful.
